Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times to prevent accidents.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs and standing for extended shifts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
