Job Overview:

Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Inspect equipment for any defects and report maintenance issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Prepare shipments by accurately weighing, labeling, and packaging products for distribution.
- Follow inventory management protocols to ensure stock levels are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License (not required for the role, but preferred).
- Willingness to obtain a Forklift Certification (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
