Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and package them securely.
- Utilize provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) to move stock.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and counting.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (loading docks).
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not required.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
