Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders according to pick tickets and packing slips.
- Inspect products for damage, defects, or missing parts before shipping.
- Load and secure packages onto pallets, conveyor belts, or shipping trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for outbound shipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using handheld wireless devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to cross-train in other warehouse functions.
