- Coordinate shipping/receiving operations and track KPIs
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety protocols
- Collaborate with logistics team on process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
