Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack pallets of frozen and refrigerated goods safely and efficiently.
- Monitor storage temperatures to ensure product integrity and compliance with safety standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts and data entry using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse floor at all times.
- Package and label products accurately for outbound shipping.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in extreme cold environments (freezer work).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
