Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Unload trucks and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work rotating overnight shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Commitment to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
