Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Conduct daily pre-shift forklift inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
- Assist with inventory control by verifying stock counts and accurately logging shipments.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) or equivalent valid certification is mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read pick lists and orders accurately.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticketing.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
