Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to update inventory logs.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve any discrepancies or logistical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
