Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock checks, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Availability: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
