Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select products from the warehouse shelves and pack them securely for shipping using provided materials.
- Scan and Verify: Use handheld scanners to scan barcodes and verify order accuracy before dispatching items.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies to the inventory team.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to move stock efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and maintain a clean workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation are attached to every order.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work scheduled shifts consistently.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer interfaces.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for entry-level positions).
