As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to work.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Scan items using handheld scanners or barcode readers to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move stock within the warehouse.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidates.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail when handling inventory.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
