Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with correct shipping labels and barcodes.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified) to move stock efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality control.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk on various surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
