Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for any damage or discrepancies.
- Follow strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Proven history of reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
- Must be available to work weekends and overtime as required by the schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
