Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
