Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and specifications.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent breakage.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quotas.
- Load and unload merchandise onto delivery vehicles as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
