Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on pick lists and work orders.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packing and labeling.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory levels.
- Ensure all packing materials are used efficiently to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
