Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Select products from shelves using scanners and pick lists to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Packing & Labeling: Pack items securely into boxes, apply shipping labels, and ensure proper documentation.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanners (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before packing and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Keep the workspace organized and clean to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing items.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (40 hours/week).
- No Experience Necessary: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
