Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to digital orders and pick slips.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage before packaging.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a proven record of punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
