Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using TMS and WMS systems
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Oversee customs documentation and compliance procedures
- Track shipments and resolve delivery exceptions proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams on inventory optimization
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and generate shipping reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
