Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across 3PL carriers and international vendors
- Manage inventory control systems with real-time tracking of 10,000+ SKUs
- Oversee customs documentation compliance for NAFTA/T-MEX routes
- Analyze shipping metrics to reduce transit times by 15%
- Train junior staff on WMS software and SOPs
- Resolve delivery exceptions through proactive carrier negotiations
- Implement sustainability initiatives in packaging and routing
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in Oracle WMS and TMS platforms
- Certification in Customs Brokerage (CBP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- OSHA 10-hour certification for warehouse safety
- Fluency in English/Spanish for cross-border operations
- Proven track record of cost reduction in shipping
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
