Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments through ERP systems and carrier portals
- Manage documentation: bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance paperwork
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier rates for cost efficiency
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Conduct inventory audits and reconcile shipping discrepancies
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipping workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping coordination or logistics role
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex routing/delivery issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with documentation accuracy
- Experience negotiating with carriers and managing freight budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
