Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve any logistical delays or issues.
- Liaise with carriers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage return merchandise authorizations (RMAs).
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
