You'll manage end-to-end shipping processes, ensure timely deliveries, and optimize logistics workflows. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all outbound/inbound shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate rates for cost efficiency
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory staging
- Implement continuous improvements to shipping workflows and KPIs
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable
