Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation compliance and carrier selection
- Track and monitor shipments in real-time, proactively resolving delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory and packaging standards
- Manage customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery timelines
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs while maintaining service level agreements
- Maintain detailed shipping records and generate performance reports
- Build relationships with freight carriers to secure optimal rates and capacity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with experience resolving shipment delays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
