Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for ocean, air, and ground freight
- Manage documentation including customs forms, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS and provide proactive client updates
- Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize routing for cost-efficiency
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and maintain compliance with international regulations
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight forwarding or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Descartes)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CTL) preferred
