- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, selecting optimal carriers and routes
- Process customs documentation and compliance for cross-border shipments
- Track shipments proactively and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain inventory databases and shipping records
- Optimize shipping processes to reduce costs and transit times
- Communicate shipment status to stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with data accuracy skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
