- Prepare and maintain shipping records, invoices, and customs documentation
- Implement cost-effective shipping solutions while meeting delivery deadlines
- Monitor transportation KPIs and provide weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in shipping coordination or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or TMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and documentation requirements
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
