Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments through TMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Prepare customs documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices)
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for optimal loading schedules
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (experience with SAP a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
