Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts daily for safety and functionality before use.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper labeling of all stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL is a plus but not required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
