As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We value reliability, speed, and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality, damages, and correct specifications before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow safety protocols and warehouse policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and hourly production goals.
- Label packages correctly and verify shipping documents.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners/wearables.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston, MA facility.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (on-the-job training provided).
