Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld RF scanners.
- Inspect and verify incoming inventory for damage or discrepancies.
- Prepare and package items securely to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding food safety and handling.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus but not required.
