Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).
- Organize warehouse shelves and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Replenish stock levels and update inventory counts as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability for weekend shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
