Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets with speed and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies.
- Process returns and damaged goods according to protocol.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
