Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery with speed and precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic math skills and familiarity with barcode scanners (training provided).
