Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery to move materials.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment using RF scanners.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and organizing stock areas.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
