Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify inventory against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during designated shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) in a warehouse setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
