Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our distribution operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for the accurate handling, storing, and shipping of products, ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
What You'll Do

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and workflow bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
