Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, move, and stack inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, seal, and label products for domestic and international shipping.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment and other warehouse machinery.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a consistent work history.
- Forklift: Forklift certification is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
