Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine safety checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Workplace Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the warehouse area clean and organized.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and logs for shipments and inventory transfers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality is required.
- License: Valid forklift certification (preferred) or ability to obtain certification.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
