Responsibilities
- Safe Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from shelves, verify quantities, and pack orders for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counting and maintaining accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse operational procedures.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs related to shipments and inventory.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: A strong work history with a focus on attendance and punctuality.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred.
