Your Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines strictly.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and labeling.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to the facility.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
