Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage inventory using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, perform cycle counts, and update inventory records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure operational flow.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to achieve daily and monthly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
