Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely delivery.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate barcode scanners and inventory management software accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; training is provided.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly with proper technique.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
