Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after basic training.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
