Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely handle packages and materials from delivery trucks and warehouse shelves.
- Packing & Labeling: Accurately pack items for shipment and apply correct shipping labels.
- Inventory Support: Assist in counting stock, organizing warehouse aisles, and maintaining stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and workplace regulations at all times.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with supervisors and fellow employees to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Strong work history with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting and counting money.
- Communication: Clear verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and management.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
