Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure high-quality service.
- Perform basic inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) as trained.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but a plus).
