What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and maintaining accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trailers and trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
