Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport stock items safely using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
- Sort, organize, and inventory merchandise and materials on the warehouse floor.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of orders for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems and handheld scanners to track inventory levels accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments.
