Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as required and perform routine equipment checks.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and verifying inventory.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics setting is a plus but not required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld RF scanners.
